  • You are responsible for activities on your account and for keeping your login credentials and device access secure. Notify us of any unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use & User-Generated Content (UGC)

  • You are responsible for all content you share, including text, photos, videos, documents, and Stories.

  • ✖Send hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation, pornography, or sexually explicit content.
  • ✖Send spam, scams, or fraudulent links.
  • ✖Upload malicious files, viruses, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
  • ✖Impersonate any person or entity.

3. User Safety: Blocking & Abuse Moderation

  • Use our built-in tools to block unwanted contacts and report offensive messages or users.

4. Messaging, Media Sharing & Data Encryption

  • Your chats and media are transmitted via secure WebSockets and encrypted on our backend servers.
  • You own your content. By sharing messages and media, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive technical license to encrypt, store, route, and deliver it to your intended recipients.

5. Ephemeral Stories (Status Updates)

  • Photos and status updates shared to your Stories feed are temporary and automatically expire after their designated duration (e.g., 24 hours).
  • Recipients may view, capture screenshots of, or record Story content while it is active. Do not post sensitive or private personal information in public Stories.

6. Voice & Video Calling — No Emergency Services

  • Audio and video calls use WebRTC internet connections and depend on your network and device capabilities.
🚫 NO EMERGENCY CALLING:
Talk Sphere does not support or connect to emergency services such as 911, 112, 999, or local police/medical dispatch. Use a separate phone service to contact emergency services.
